The event will spotlight their highly anticipated sixth Colour of the Year, showcased through the iconic Artisan Stand Mixer, officially revealed on 13 February 2026 - bringing both style and function to the heart of baking.
One of Australia’s most viral cake shops, ENZE, is joining the sweet day out. Founder Stella has built a true cake empire - turning her passion into a thriving business and online phenomenon, with a cult following of 571K across TikTok and Instagram. Much like CAKE PICNIC itself, ENZE’s rise began with a simple idea that resonated widely. With her flagship store in Ryde, Stella is now expanding with a second Sydney location opening in Barangaroo.
“ENZE started with this simple idea that cake can be cloud‑soft, balanced and made with real care, and it’s pretty special to see that show up at Sydney’s first CAKE PICNIC.
