CAKE PICNIC is operated by elisasunga LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as CAKE PICNIC ("CAKE PICNIC", "we", "us"). Our address is 2261 Market Street STE 33549, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. We run community cake events in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit cakepicnictour.com, buy a ticket, attend an event, join our community or contact us, and how we use and protect it. It is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and the UK GDPR.

Ticket and order details: the events you book, ticket type, number of guests, and purchase history.
Payment information: payments are processed by our ticketing and payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
Event information: details you choose to share, such as dietary needs or the cake you plan to bring, and check-in records.
Photos and video: we photograph and film our events (see below).
Communications: messages you send us and your newsletter or text preferences.

Photos and video at events
Our events are photographed and filmed, and we may use this content on our website, social media and in promotional material. If you would prefer not to appear, let a CAKE PICNIC team member know at the event, or contact us afterwards and we will remove identifiable images of you where we reasonably can.

International transfers
CAKE PICNIC is based in the United States, and your information may be stored and processed there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Children
Our events welcome families, but we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK) without a parent or guardian's consent. Tickets must be bought by an adult.
