The Pacific Northwest is getting its very first CAKE PICNIC, and we're kicking it off in Bellevue on July 18 to celebrate Berry Week!
After two years on tour and nearly 14,000 cakes shared around the world, I am so excited to finally bring CAKE PICNIC to the Pacific Northwest. And what better time than Berry Week, when the region's most beautiful berries are at their absolute peak?
This special CAKE PICNIC also marks the opening celebration of Bellevue Berry Week, part of Visit Bellevue's Culinary Weeks program, where local chefs, bakers, restaurants, and beverage makers will spend the week showcasing berry-inspired creations across the city. It feels like the perfect partnership for a community built around creativity, seasonality, and gathering around something delicious.
So let's lean into our berry-themed CAKE PICNIC with local flavors, jewel-toned berries, and the lush ingredients that make Pacific Northwest summers so special. Think strawberry cakes, blackberry layers, raspberry fillings, blueberry swirls, marionberry moments, and every berry-inspired cake dream in between. I can't wait to see how you bring this theme to life! Can we fast forward to the moment where all of our berry-themed cakes are all on the tables and we get to feast on the sweetest summer bounty?
Most of all, I cannot wait to finally meet so many of you in person and celebrate together. There is something magical about seeing hundreds of homemade cakes gathered in one place, and I have a feeling the Pacific Northwest is going to bring something truly special to the table.
Please note that tickets are limited for this inaugural stop, so grab yours while you can. I am so happy to finally create a moment for us to gather — for cake, for berries, and for each other.
